Our global Client is currently seeking experienced Cementing
Supervisors for long-term rotational work onshore in Kuwait. The successful candidate will oversee cementing activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient job execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage cementing operations for onshore oil and gas projects.

Plan, execute, and evaluate cementing jobs to meet operational requirements.

Monitor cementing equipment and maintain optimal operational conditions.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with drilling and field personnel to ensure seamless operations.

Conduct safety meetings and assess potential risks before operations.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to the team.

Maintain accurate job records and prepare post-job reports.
-
Train and mentor junior cementing staff on best practices.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining cementing equipment
Preferably have experience operating Jereh units
Valid certifications (as required by Kuwait regulations)
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Willingness to work in a rotational schedule onshore
