Our Global client is currently seeking experienced and highly skilled Cementing Senior Operators to join our onshore operations in Kuwait. The successful candidates will be responsible for the execution and supervision of cementing operations, ensuring they are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise onshore cementing operations, including rig-up, mixing, pumping, and rig-down.

Operate and maintain cementing equipment such as high-pressure pumps, blenders, and bulk systems.

Monitor job parameters and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal results.

Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and operational policies.

Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and clients to review job programs and post-job evaluations.

Maintain accurate records of job activities, equipment usage, and chemicals.

Perform pre- and post-job maintenance and inspections of equipment.

Train and mentor junior crew members and support staff.

Identify operational risks and take corrective actions proactively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cementing operations within the oil and gas industry
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining cementing equipment
- Preferably have experience operating Jereh units
- Valid certifications (as required by Kuwait regulations)
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Willingness to work in a rotational schedule onshore
