Job Title: Cementing Specialist – Seahawk Unit
Location: UK North Sea (Offshore)
Start Date: Approx. 16 February 2026
Duration: 2–3 weeks
Contract Type: Short-term offshore contract
We are seeking an experienced Cementing Specialist with proven experience on the Baker Seahawk unit for a short-term offshore assignment in the UK North Sea. The successful contractor will be responsible for supporting cementing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality well construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute cementing operations in line with company and client procedures.
- Operate and maintain cementing equipment on the Baker Seahawk unit.
- Prepare and pump cement slurries according to well programs.
- Monitor job parameters and ensure quality control during operations.
- Work closely with drilling and service teams to ensure safe execution.
- Complete job reports and post-job documentation.
- Comply with all HSE and offshore safety standards.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Cementing Specialist in offshore oil & gas operations.
- Previous hands-on experience on the Baker Seahawk unit (essential).
- Strong understanding of cementing techniques, equipment, and offshore well operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced offshore environment.
Mandatory Certifications (Valid for UK North Sea)
- Offshore Survival / BOSIET / BOSIET-HUET or FOET
- (OPTIO, NOGEPA, OLF equivalents accepted)
- CA-EBS
- MIST
- OEUK / UKOOA / OGUK / NOGEPA / OLF medical
- Shoulder Measurements
Additional Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK / offshore UK North Sea.
- Medically fit for offshore work.
- Strong safety awareness and communication skills.
