Upstream Cementing Specialist
One of our global clients has requirements for Cementing Specialists to work offshore Libya.
Responsibilities of the Cementing Specialist:
- Develop cementing plans and programs tailored to specific well requirements.
- Identify appropriate cementing equipment and materials required for each job, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during cementing operations.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks associated with operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all cementing activities.
Requirements:
- Previously worked for a major service company within the oil and gas industry.
- Experience using CPF 573 and/or CPF 577 equipment.
- COVID vaccination certificates.
- Valid passport with 6 months validity.
- Medical certificate valid for 3+ months.
- Good communication skills and able to solve problems.
Additional Information:
- Individual needs to reside in North Africa due to work permits.
- Willing to have a telephone or Teams interview.
- This role is a day rate position which is subjective to knowledge and experience.
- Travel to and from the rig is organised by and paid for by the client.
