Job Title: Coiled Tubing Senior Operator
Location: Netherlands, Onshore
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Coiled Tubing Senior Operator to join our team in managing and executing coiled tubing operations both onshore and offshore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in oil and gas operations, particularly in the deployment and maintenance of coiled tubing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute coiled tubing operations in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Supervise and lead a team of coiled tubing operators during onshore and offshore projects.
- Conduct pre-job meetings to discuss safety procedures, operational objectives, and job-specific tasks.
- Perform equipment inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Monitor job progress, provide technical guidance, and make adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, job reports, and maintenance logs.
- Liaise with client representatives and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Implement best practices for coiled tubing operations, including well intervention and stimulation activities.
- Train junior operators on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in coiled tubing operations, ideally with demonstrated proficiency in both onshore and offshore environments.
- Technical certification or diploma in mechanical or petroleum engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coiled tubing equipment, tools, and related technologies.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams and managing projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational conditions.
