Coiled Tubing Senior Operator / Supervisor (X-11 Experience Required)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Coiled Tubing Senior Operator/Supervisor with hands-on experience operating and supervising X-11 units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading coiled tubing operations on-site, ensuring all jobs are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead coiled tubing operations using X-11 control systems and equipment.

  • Coordinate with field engineers, clients, and other service lines to ensure operational success.

  • Ensure compliance with all HSE standards and procedures at all times.

  • Conduct pre- and post-job equipment checks, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate junior crew members and operators.

  • Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues in real-time.

  • Maintain accurate and complete job documentation and reports.

  • Ensure proper rig-up/rig-down procedures are followed.

  • Monitor real-time data and make adjustments to optimize performance.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coiled tubing operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.

  • Proven expertise operating X-11 coiled tubing units.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • High level of mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

  • Valid certifications in H2S, First Aid, Confined Space, and other oilfield safety standards.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Willingness to work in remote locations and long shifts as required.

Preferred:

  • Supervisory well control certificate (IWCF Level 4 or equivalent).

  • Experience in deep well or HPHT operations.
