Job Title: Coiled Tubing Supervisor
Location: Angola (Field-Based)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Coiled Tubing Supervisor to lead field operations for an upcoming project in Angola. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Coiled Tubing (CT) operations and a strong ability to supervise and support a team in challenging field environments. This is a rotational, field-based role with a focus on operational excellence, safety, and job execution quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the field team during Coiled Tubing operations, ensuring safe and efficient rig-up, rig-down, and unit operation.

  • Oversee and participate in function testing and operation of CT equipment, ensuring adherence to procedures and best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hydraulic systems and CT equipment.

  • Ensure all personnel adhere to company and client safety protocols.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for site-level decision-making and coordination with the client and internal teams.

  • Accurately complete job reports and documentation following each operation.

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to operators and junior crew members.

  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.

  • Support logistics and operational planning to ensure smooth execution of jobs.



  • 8–10 years of field experience in Coiled Tubing operations, including rig-up, rig-down, function testing, and standalone CT unit operation.

  • Proven leadership experience in supervising field crews in CT or similar well intervention operations.

  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in remote field environments.

  • Experience in CT downlines projects is a strong advantage.

  • Valid certifications related to Coiled Tubing operations (preferred).

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Portuguese is a plus.
