We are seeking experienced Coiled Tubing Supervisors to join our team for a major oil and gas project in Qatar. The assignment is expected to commence in December 2025 and will run for approximately 9 months on a rotational basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising coiled tubing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of coiled tubing operations on site.
- Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies, operational standards, and client requirements.
- Plan and execute well intervention programs in collaboration with the operations team.
- Oversee equipment preparation, maintenance, and rig-up/rig-down activities.
- Monitor job progress and provide technical support and troubleshooting as required.
- Maintain accurate job reports, records, and daily operational logs.
- Lead and mentor coiled tubing crews to ensure safe and efficient job execution.
- Liaise effectively with client representatives, engineers, and other service providers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coiled tubing operations, including supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of coiled tubing equipment, operations, and downhole tools.
- Offshore experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid offshore medical, BOSIET, and other relevant certifications (preferred).
- Must be currently available and ready for immediate mobilization.
