Our Global client is seeking experienced Completion Engineers for upcoming work in Nigeria. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing well completion programs to optimize production performance. They will work closely with drilling, reservoir, and production teams to ensure safe and efficient well operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement well completion strategies to maximize production and reservoir performance.
- Prepare detailed completion programs, including wellbore schematics, equipment selection, and operational procedures.
- Evaluate well conditions and recommend appropriate completion techniques (gravel packing, hydraulic fracturing, intelligent completions, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with drilling, production, and reservoir teams to optimize well performance.
- Analyze completion performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise completion operations on-site, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
- Manage contractors and service companies to ensure quality service delivery.
- Conduct post-job evaluations to enhance future completion designs and efficiency.
