Job Title: Completion Tools Technical Sales & Business Development
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Completion Tools Technical Sales & Business Development Professional to join our team in Libya. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in the completion and downhole tools sector, with strong local market knowledge and a track record of building client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.

Research and develop new client relationships while maintaining and enhancing existing ones.

Arrange and lead meetings between clients and product line experts.

Support in defining market-based pricing strategies for products and services.

Present new products and solutions to clients through tailored technical and commercial proposals.

Actively participate in tendering processes and secure new business opportunities.

Leverage market and competitor knowledge to strengthen the company’s unique value propositions.

Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Product Service Lines (PSLs) to ensure successful job execution and strong after-sales support.

Partner with internal teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Deliver engaging customer presentations, workshops, and technical seminars to showcase company capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills

Libyan nationality (or have the right to live and work in Libya) (required).
-
5–10 years’ experience in completion and downhole service tools within the Libyan market.

Strong technical knowledge of completion tools and services.
-
Excellent business development and client relationship management skills.

Proven ability to prepare and deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.
