Our Global client is currently seeking experienced Completions Supervisors to oversee well completion operations for oil and gas projects in Iraq. The role involves managing well completion, workover, and intervention activities while ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive onshore experience in completion techniques, well intervention, and production optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate well completion, workover, and intervention operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, well control procedures, and company policies.
- Work closely with drilling, production, and reservoir engineering teams to optimize well performance.
- Provide technical expertise in completion design, artificial lift, hydraulic fracturing, and sand control techniques.
- Oversee slickline, wireline, coiled tubing, well testing, and stimulation operations.
- Monitor well integrity and ensure best practices in wellbore clean-up, perforations, and zonal isolation.
- Manage service contractors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality execution of completion activities.
- Prepare daily reports, risk assessments, and operational reviews for management.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and recommend solutions for improved well performance.
