Our global clients are currently seeking experienced Data Acquisition (DAQ) Consultants to support real-time data gathering, monitoring, and analysis for oil and gas operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing decision-making through advanced DAQ systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain data acquisition systems for drilling, production, and well performance monitoring.
- Ensure real-time data collection, processing, and visualization to support field operations and decision-making.
- Integrate DAQ systems with existing SCADA, PLC, and other industrial control systems.
- Develop and optimize data analytics workflows to enhance operational efficiency and predictive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DAQ hardware/software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with drilling, production, and IT teams to enhance data accuracy and security.
- Provide training and technical support to field personnel on DAQ systems and software.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (API, ISO, OPC, etc.) and Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements.
- Optimize data transmission from remote wellsites to central control centers, ensuring low-latency and high-reliability.
- Conduct periodic system audits and upgrades to maintain cutting-edge performance.
