Upstream Driller
We are looking for an experienced Driller for a short-term ad-hoc assignment in Queensland, Australia.
If you are based in Queensland and available immediately, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities of the Driller:
- Monitor and adjust drilling parameters, such as weight on bit and rotary speed to optimise performance.
- Provide clear instructions to the crew and ensure all tasks are executed safely and efficiently.
- Operate and monitor all drilling equipment, ensuring it is proper function and making adjustments as needed.
- Implement contingency plans and shut down operations if safety or environmental risk arise.
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate logistics, supplies, and support services as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Driller.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications.
- Available for immediate start.
- Preference if individual is based in Queensland, Australia.
