Oilfield Services Drilling Fluids Engineer
We are urgently seeking for Drilling Fluid Engineers to work for a large client in Derby, Australia.
Responsibilities of the Drilling Fluids Engineer:
- Design and select appropriate drilling fluid systems based on the geological formation and well design.
- Conduct regular testing and analysis of drilling fluids using various techniques.
- Ensure all fluid systems comply with environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare details reports on fluid performance, issues encountered, and actions taken.
- Work closely with drilling engineers, rig personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure fluid systems support overall drilling objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Drilling Fluids Engineer.
- Experience working in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
- Must have full work rights for Australia.
- Available to start work immediately.
Additional Information:
- Competitive day rates.

- 1 month contract with 6 days on and 6 days off roster.
- Tentative start date is late June.
