Upstream Position: Environmental Geologist
Location: Qatar – Onshore
Duration: 18 months
Expected Start: November/December 2026

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Geologist to support onshore projects in Qatar. The successful candidate will provide specialist geological and environmental expertise, supporting environmental assessments, site investigations and compliance activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct geological and environmental site assessments and investigations.
- Evaluate soil, groundwater and geological conditions and identify potential environmental risks.
- Support environmental impact assessments, remediation and monitoring programmes.
- Interpret geological and environmental data and prepare technical reports.
- Provide technical recommendations relating to environmental risks and site conditions.
- Work closely with environmental, engineering and other technical teams.
- Ensure activities comply with applicable environmental legislation, industry standards and HSE requirements.
- Support project documentation, data management and technical deliverables.
