Facilities Engineer – Congested Oilfields
Key Responsibilities
-
Design and develop facilities (platforms, pipelines, plants, storage).

Optimize layouts to reduce congestion and maintain operational safety.
-
Implement debottlenecking solutions to increase production capacity.
-
Apply flow assurance strategies (thermal management, chemical dosing).
-
Prepare and execute maintenance strategies for reliable operations.
-
Collaborate across disciplines to align network models with reservoir forecasts.
Required Competencies
-
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.

Strong understanding of facility design, space optimization, and operations.
-
Proficiency in engineering and simulation tools:
-
Network modeling: PIPESIM, GAP, Prosper, Nexus.
-
Flow assurance: OLGA, LedaFlow, Multiflash, PVTSim.
-
Design tools: CAD, CAESAR II, CFD.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Excellent project management and communication skills.
