We are seeking a skilled Fluid Management Operator to support our client's operations in Australia with a focus on efficient water usage and environmental compliance.
Responsibilities of the Fluid Management Operator:
- Operate and maintain water treatment equipment and systems to ensure efficient water management in oil and gas operations.
- Monitor water quality and quantities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of water treatment facilities, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
- Implement and optimise water recycling and reuse strategies to minimise environmental impact and operational costs.
- Maintain accurate records of water usage, treatment processes, and equipment performance.
- Participate in safety programs and ensure all operations adhere to company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1+ years) in water treatment operations, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge of water treatment processes. equipment, and regulatory requirement.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot pumps, valves, filters, and related water treatment equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
