Fluid Management Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated Fluid Management Supervisor for work in Australia.
This individual will oversee and optimise our water treatment operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and environmental best practices.

Responsibilities of the Fluid Management Supervisor:

  • Lead a team of water treatment operations in daily activities, including monitoring water quality, managing water usage, and overseeing treatment processes.
  • Coordinate with engineering and environmental teams to develop and implement water management strategies that enhance efficiency and minimise environmental impact.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to water management and environmental stewardship.
  • Conduct regular inspections of water treatment facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to operators on water treatment processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
  • Maintain accurate records of water treatment activities, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the water management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (+5 years) in water treatment operations, with at least 1 year in an supervisory or leadership role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment technologies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Detail-orientated with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence.
