Downstream Fracturing and Stimulation Supervisors
Our client in Saudi Arabia requires a number of Fracturing Supervisors for long-term rotational work.
Responsibilities of the Fracturing and Stimulation Supervisor:
- Oversee and coordinate fracturing operations to ensure the safe and efficient extraction of hydrocarbons from reservoirs.
- Determine equipment and materials required for each operations.
- Conduct pre-job meetings with field personnel to review safety procedures, job objectives, and responsibilities.
- Maintain communication with onsite personnel, as well as offsite support teams, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimise risk.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of English is required.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic fracturing techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
- Previous experience working in the Middle East is an advantage.
