Upstream We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support offshore operations in the UK North Sea. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and providing HSE guidance to offshore personnel and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with UK HSE legislation and company procedures.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
- Deliver safety briefings and HSE awareness initiatives.
- Promote continuous improvement in HSE performance.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting.
