Key Responsibilities:

Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, policies, and procedures

Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and toolbox talks

Monitor and report near misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions

Lead emergency response and safety drills
-
Collaborate with site teams to enforce safety culture across operations
-
Maintain all HSE documentation and records per regulatory and company standards
Requirements:
-
Relevant HSE qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, etc.)
-
Must hold a valid WAP Card
-
Experience working with SAWCOD (Saudi Aramco Work Control & Operations Database) is essential
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HSE role within oil & gas
-
Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and observation skills
-
Willing to work in remote and high-risk field environments
