Offshore HSE Australia – Testing of modules offshore at Dampier, Western Australia. 28-day rotation, 12-hour shift from November 24, 2025 to February 2025. Operations will be performing Site Receipt Testing on structures destined for subsea installation. The modules are approximately 13 metres in height and require scaffolding and drones to access and view all areas. This scope will be conducted on the back deck of a large installation vessel whilst at anchor in sheltered waters.

Only Australia Residents with offshore HSE experience based in Australia will be considered. The HSE is responsible for ensuring coordination with all site parties involved. Establish and conduct inductions to respective team members that shall perform work at site location. Manage daily HSE support and report to HSE management. Contribute to the induction package for the respective OSS personnel travelling to site.
Responsibilities:
  • To be the lead HSE focal point at Site Receipt Testing offshore location providing support for HSE compliance, Inspections, tracking of HSE KPIs, providing client support for all HSE matters, coordination and support for HSE meetings
  • Reporting directly to work site and HSE management
  • Ensure all accidents and non-conformances are investigated and followed up as per the HSE Standard. Participate in investigations of major failures and accidents
  • Support line management in investigations of failures and accidents
  • Ensure that HSE documentation is updated and available onsite
  • Develop and maintain a high level of awareness among all site personnel through communication and promoting active involvement in HSE programs
  • Conduct reviews via OSS HSE portal to ensure that logged data is correct and up to date
  • Conduct regular site reviews and inspections to ensure that conditions and operations are conducted as per specified procedures and guidelines
  • Analyze HSE trends for the location


  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
  • Full Australian Work Rights
  • BOSIET with CAEBS
  • Experience of working at height regulations and operations.
  • Experience with elevated work platforms and temporary elevated work structures.
  • Experience working in an offshore environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Works well with teams
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated, competent and about to work in hig-pressure offshore environment
