Our Global client is seeking experienced Hydraulic Workover (HWO) Operators for upcoming work in the United Kingdom.
The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining hydraulic workover units to perform well interventions, completions, and plug and abandonment (P&A) operations. The role requires hands-on experience with HWO equipment, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
All applicants must be residing in the UK / Europe.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Hydraulic Workover Units (HWU) for well intervention, completion, and well integrity operations.
  • Perform snubbing, well control, fishing, and plug & abandonment (P&A) operations safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct equipment inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with drilling, completion, and production teams to optimize well performance.
  • Prepare and maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure safe and efficient rig-up, rig-down, and workover operations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior crew members as needed.
