Upstream IMPT Specialist – OTA Onsite Support
We are looking for an experienced IMPT Specialist to provide onsite technical and application support for Landmark information management and subsurface solutions within an oil & gas environment.
The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Landmark OpenWorks, DecisionSpace and IMPT applications, supporting multidisciplinary E&P teams with data management, integration, system performance and collaborative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical and application support for Landmark IMPT solutions.
- Manage and administer Landmark OpenWorks databases and environments.
- Support DecisionSpace performance, configuration and system-related setups.
- Provide specialist support for DSIS, DSDQ, Recall and associated Landmark IMPT applications.
- Support multidisciplinary E&P project data management and integrated subsurface workflows.
- Troubleshoot application, platform, database, data, workflow and performance issues.
- Manage data transfers, data quality control and information management processes.
- Support application upgrades, patches, testing and technical validation.
- Assist users with system stability, performance and data-related issues.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience providing technical/application support for Landmark solutions within the oil & gas industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with Landmark OpenWorks database management and system administration.
- Strong experience with DecisionSpace system setup and performance optimisation.
- Extensive experience with DSIS, DSDQ, Recall and other Landmark IMPT solutions.
- Strong understanding of E&P data management, data transfer and quality control.
- Familiarity with Oracle databases and information management systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application, data, workflow and system performance issues.
Certification & Training
- Landmark software training certificates and/or relevant Landmark application certifications are required.
- IMPT-specific training or certification is highly desirable.
