Position: Fluid Management Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated Water Management Supervisor to oversee and optimize our water treatment operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and environmental best practices.
Location: Toowoomba/Chinchilla
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of water treatment operators in daily activities, including monitoring water quality, managing water usage, and overseeing treatment processes.
- Coordinate with engineering and environmental teams to develop and implement water management strategies that enhance efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to water management and environmental stewardship.
- Conduct regular inspections of water treatment facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to operators on water treatment processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Maintain accurate records of water treatment activities, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the water management team.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in water treatment operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment technologies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
