The LMP Project Manager will manage the setup, coordination, and execution of a Liquid Mud Plant (LMP) supporting oil & gas drilling operations in Mozambique. The role is responsible for safe, compliant, and timely delivery of the LMP project in line with client and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of the Liquid Mud Plant project from mobilisation to handover
- Coordinate with drilling, fluids, logistics, and HSE teams
- Oversee mobilisation of personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and oil & gas HSE standards
- Monitor schedule, costs, and operational readiness
- Act as main interface with client and in-country stakeholders
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience managing Liquid Mud Plant (LMP) or drilling fluids projects
- Strong oil & gas project management background
- Experience working in Africa or remote locations preferred
- Excellent coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
