Job Description:
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support logistics operations for offshore projects. The role involves coordinating transportation, customs clearance, and equipment mobilisations, as well as handling all related documentation and customer paperwork. You will be responsible for receiving and backloading equipment to/from Halliburton facilities, supporting the Project Manager and Logistics Supervisor, and liaising directly with customer representatives. Ensuring service quality and timely delivery of materials and equipment is essential. Experience with SAP is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate transport, customs support, and equipment mobilisation/demobilisation

Manage logistics documentation and customer paperwork

Oversee equipment receiving, storage, and backloading

Support Project Manager, Logistics Supervisor, and customer representatives

Ensure service quality and compliance with company and customer requirements

Use SAP for logistics operations and reporting

Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in oil & gas or similar industries

Knowledge of customs procedures and international transport

Proficiency in SAP

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders
