Visuna is currently looking for experienced Measurements & Logging while Drilling Specialists in Australia to start February 2026.
This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to Customers with respect to measurements/ logging while drilling technologies and services. Previous training in the service company’s technologies and software are desired.
Responsibilities:
• Adhere to the client’s Quality, QHSE policies and procedures.
• Represent the company at the wellsite and interface with customer.
• Inform clients of any unusual conditions during the job and maintains direct contact with client’s representative throughout running of service.
• Responsible for service delivery with respect to measurements/ logging while drilling technologies and services as per FDP service delivery processes for design, prepare, execute, and close.
• Responsible in Field Delivery Platform (FDP) for initiating mobilizations and demobilizations, receiving materials and equipment and creating field tickets.
• Responsible for ensuring accurate inventory and receiving/ dispatching equipment is complete.
• Capture field data ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Obtain customer acceptance of delivery.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Maintain the required safety training and HSE requirements
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
Roles:
• Inbound Materials Processor: Manage goods reception; Manage goods unloading; Manage service reception.
• Outbound Materials Processor: Manage good issuance; Manage goods loading; Manage good packing; Manage good picking.
• Service Delivery Executor: Conduct job program review; Conduct service delivery closure; Mobilise & demobilise equipment & product and materials; Mobilise & demobilise personnel; Evaluate and reconcile resources; Execute contingency actions; Perform service; Verify resources.
• Service Delivery Crew Processor: demobilise equipment; Verify resources.
• Field Order Processor: Obtain customer acceptance of delivery; Prepare job invoice supporting documentation.
Requirements:
• Australian Working Rights
•Two-year technical degree (associate degree) is desirable.
• Must have minimum three (3) years field onshore/offshore experience leading any MLWD job.
• Ability to assist clients by providing solutions for drilling issues.
• Experience with end of well reports / client’s final product delivery.
• Competency in specific company Software is desirable (Maxwell, HSPM etc)
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent in communication, highly self-motivated, competent computer skills, and ability to learn new software.
• Can work in a high-pressure, learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations.
• Ability to maintain, prepare and dispatch of equipment and execute high quality of service delivery at the wellsite, in terms of safety, quality and efficiency of operation.
• Must be a team player, able to get along with individuals from other groups in the organization, and a good communicator.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills essential.
