We are seeking experienced Multifunctional Supervisors with a strong operational background in coiled tubing and nitrogen pumping for an upcoming short-term assignment in the UK. Successful candidates will be responsible for supervising and operating coiled tubing and nitrogen units on site, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant well intervention operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily coiled tubing and nitrogen pumping operations
- Operate coiled tubing and nitrogen equipment in accordance with operational and safety procedures.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with local regulations and company HSE standards.
- Manage and coordinate site personnel to meet operational schedules.
- Monitor well control parameters and maintain accurate operational records.
- Participate in pre-job safety meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
- Liaise effectively with company representatives and third-party service providers.
- Ensure proper maintenance and readiness of all equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in coiled tubing and nitrogen pumping operations
- Proven track record in a supervisory or senior operator role.
- Strong understanding of well intervention procedures and safety standards.
- Valid offshore or onshore certifications (e.g. BOSIET, MIST, medical, etc. — if applicable).
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Physically fit to work in operational environments.
