Upstream We are seeking an experienced Offshore P&A Operations Coordinator to support a major offshore Plug & Abandonment campaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing rigless well intervention activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of Slickline, Wireline, and Pumping operations.
This position requires a seasoned oilfield professional with a strong background in offshore well intervention and proven experience managing multiple service providers during complex P&A operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor offshore Plug & Abandonment operations.
- Act as the primary interface between the client, offshore crews, service providers, and project management team.
- Oversee and coordinate:

- Rigless Slickline operations
- Electric Wireline (E-Line) operations
- Pumping services
- Pressure Control Equipment (PCE) services
- Well integrity and barrier verification activities
- Ensure compliance with approved well programs, procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Lead operational planning meetings, toolbox talks, and SIMOPS reviews.
- Monitor equipment readiness, personnel competency, and operational performance.
- Track operational progress, identify risks, and minimize non-productive time (NPT).
- Review and validate daily reports and operational documentation.
- Support mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in offshore well intervention, workover, or Plug & Abandonment operations.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating:

- Electric Wireline services
- Pumping services
- Strong knowledge of:

- Offshore P&A operations
- Well barrier management
- Pressure control systems
- Well integrity requirements
- Intervention lubricator systems
- Risk assessment and SIMOPS management
- Previous offshore experience in Africa, the Middle East, North Sea, or similar environments is preferred.
