Upstream Job Title: Product Line Manager – Drilling & Completions Fluids / Chemicals
Location: Angola / Namibia
Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior expert in drilling and completions fluids to build and lead this division, driving both technical excellence and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow fluids/chemicals business line
- Develop technical solutions tailored to client needs
- Manage supplier relationships and product sourcing
- Lead sales, tendering, and contract negotiations
- Build and manage operational teams
Requirements:
- 20+ years in drilling/completions fluids or oilfield chemicals
- Strong technical and commercial experience
- Experience managing product lines or business units
- Solid understanding of contracts and pricing strategies
- International exposure preferred
Compensation:
- includes a 10% profit share of product line revenue
