Upstream Job Title: Product Line Manager – Coiled Tubing & Pressure Pumping
Location: Angola / Namibia
Role Overview:
This role will lead the establishment and growth of our Coiled Tubing and Pressure Pumping division, ensuring strong technical delivery and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product line strategy
- Drive sales and client acquisition
- Lead operational setup including equipment and personnel
- Manage project execution and performance
- Negotiate contracts and oversee commercial terms
Requirements:
- 20+ years in Coiled Tubing / Pressure Pumping
- Experience in senior leadership or product line management
- Strong commercial and business development skills
- Knowledge of contracts and tendering processes
- International experience preferred
