Job Title: Project Scheduler
Location: Aberdeen, UK (On-site)
Contract Type: Full-time Contractor (37.5 hours/week)
Duration: 1-year initial contract (with potential extension)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Project Scheduler – Associate to support ongoing project delivery within our clients’ Aberdeen facility. This role involves working closely with Project Managers across multiple Sub-Product groups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining project data in EPM using MS Project, SAP, and through regular face-to-face coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update project schedules using MS Project and SAP.

Coordinate with Project Managers and teams through face-to-face meetings.

Manage multiple project timelines across various Sub-PSL groups.

Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in project scheduling or project support roles.

Proficiency in MS Project and SAP.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Local to Aberdeen or able to commute daily.
