Job Summary
We are seeking an Pump Operator for a Stimulation project in Mozambique, commencing in November 2026.
Responsible for operating, maintaining and preparing pumping equipment for offshore gravel-pack and pumping operations, ensuring safe, reliable performance in accordance with operational procedures and equipment specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stimulation pumping equipment during offshore mixing, pumping and gravel-pack operations, ensuring required rates and pressures are achieved.
- Conduct equipment inspections, commissioning, diagnostics and functional testing before operations.
- Troubleshoot, maintain and repair engines, fluid-end components, instrumentation and safety devices.
- Perform rig-up and rig-down of high-pressure lines and hoses in accordance with approved procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance and report faults or operational issues.
- Maintain spare-parts inventories and equipment maintenance records.
- Support equipment preparation, mobilisation and demobilisation between the base and offshore rig.
- Comply with all HSE requirements and offshore operational procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Stimulation Pump Operator or in a similar oilfield pumping role.
- Experience with high-pressure pumping equipment and offshore operations is preferred.
- Mechanical and equipment troubleshooting skills.
- Strong commitment to HSE and operational discipline.
- Ability to work offshore on rotational schedules and extended shifts.
- Basic written and spoken English.

- Valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
