Job Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting manufacturing processes and finished products to ensure they meet company and regulatory quality standards. The role involves performing visual and dimensional inspections, preparing inspection reports, and coordinating with production teams to address quality-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.

Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional tests using appropriate measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Identify, record, and report any non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Maintain accurate inspection records, test results, and quality documentation.

Ensure compliance with ISO and company-specific quality management systems.

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Follow all safety, health, and environmental procedures and ensure compliance with Saudi labor and industrial regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).

Minimum 5 years of experience as a QC Inspector in a manufacturing or industrial environment, including two years of related inspection experience in specific commodity and processed to be inspected.

Able to read engineering drawings

Have knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 quality system requirements and implementation. He shall demonstrate working knowledge of codes as required by the purchase order, such as ASME, ANSI, NACE, and API, and testing equipment including PMI equipment.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and implementation. He should also demonstrate a working knowledge of industry codes and standards applicable to the purchase order, such as ASME, ANSI, NACE, and API, as well as proficiency in using various testing and inspection equipment, including PMI (Positive Material Identification) devices.

Qualified and certified to a minimum of ASNT Level II in the relevant NDT method(s), if Non-Destructive Testing forms part of the QC activities.

Have demonstrated knowledge of HIC-resistant steel requirements.

Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.

Good communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Saudi nationals are strongly preferred in compliance with localization (Saudization) policies.
