We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservoir Engineer to join our clients’ dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering along with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in reservoir engineering-related roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reservoir engineering studies to optimize hydrocarbon recovery and field development strategies.
  • Utilize Prosper modeling software for reservoir performance prediction and analysis.
  • Employ dynamic flow simulators such as Eclipse, Intersect, and Tempest to model fluid flow and predict reservoir behavior.
  • Perform Pressure Transient Analysis (PTA) to evaluate well performance and reservoir characteristics.
  • Develop and maintain reservoir simulation models to support field development planning and production forecasting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geologists, geophysicists, and drilling engineers to integrate reservoir data and optimize production strategies.
  • Analyze SCAL (Special Core Analysis) data and interpret relative permeability behavior to enhance reservoir characterization.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior reservoir engineering staff.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in reservoir engineering roles within the oil and gas industry.
Proficiency in Prosper modeling software is required.
Experience with Kappa Emeraude, Sapphire, and Topaze software is desirable.
Expert-level knowledge and experience with dynamic flow simulators such as Eclipse, Intersect, and Tempest.
Strong understanding of relative permeability and SCAL analysis.
Demonstrated expertise in Pressure Transient Analysis and fluid flow through porous media.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
