Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across drilling operations, including technical, HSE, and supply chain risk areas

Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans

Analyze operational data to identify trends, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities

Facilitate and participate in risk workshops, HAZIDs, and HAZOPs
-
Maintain and update risk registers, ensuring alignment with company risk management frameworks

Prepare clear and concise risk reports and presentations for leadership and project teams
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Risk Analyst or in a similar role within oil & gas drilling operations (onshore preferred)

Strong understanding of drilling operations, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices

Proficiency in risk analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., bow-tie, risk matrices, Monte Carlo simulations)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Certifications & Skills:

Degree in Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field

Certification in risk management (e.g., ISO 31000, PMI-RMP, IRM)

Experience with risk management software and data visualization tools (e.g., ARM, @Risk, Power BI)

Familiarity with safety and environmental risk practices in drilling environments
