Job Title: Sales, Commercial & Tender Manager
Location: Angola / Namibia

Role Overview:
This role will oversee all commercial, sales, and tendering activities across the company, supporting all product lines and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead company-wide sales and business development strategy
  • Manage tendering process and proposal submissions
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
  • Support product line managers in closing deals
  • Develop pricing strategies and market positioning

Requirements:

  • 15–20+ years in oil & gas sales/commercial roles
  • Strong experience in tendering and contract negotiation
  • Deep understanding of oilfield services market
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • International exposure preferred

Compensation:

  • Includes a Performance-based incentives tied to product line revenue
