Job Title: Sales, Commercial & Tender Manager
Location: Angola / Namibia
Role Overview:
This role will oversee all commercial, sales, and tendering activities across the company, supporting all product lines and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead company-wide sales and business development strategy
- Manage tendering process and proposal submissions
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
- Support product line managers in closing deals
- Develop pricing strategies and market positioning
Requirements:
- 15–20+ years in oil & gas sales/commercial roles
- Strong experience in tendering and contract negotiation
- Deep understanding of oilfield services market
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- International exposure preferred
Compensation:
- Includes a Performance-based incentives tied to product line revenue
