Renewables Site Loadout Coordinator
We are seeking a Site Loadout Coordinator for work in the United States.
Individual will act as the client's leading project representative at the load-out port, managing the work of the client and its contractors, and ensure safe and efficient load-out of WTG components.
Responsibilities of the Site Loadout Coordinator:
- Promote a high focus on HSE in all phases of the operation and from all contractors.
- Plan and coordinate port operations, including management of equipment on site.
- Coordinate and manage interfaces between contractors at the load-out port.
- Oversee the planning and execution of the load-out and seafastening (perform by the WTG Installation Contractor, the Feeder Vessel Owner and the Terminal Operator) according to approved method statements and risk assessment.
- Coordinate with other construction packages.
- Act, behave and lead by example according to the client's values.
- Participate in regular operational safety assessments and safety walks.
- Ensure that the WTG Installation Contractor's HSE plan is effectively implemented at the load-out port.
- Plan load-out operations and prepare lookahead for port operations.
- Ensure work in executed according to method statements and risk assessments.
- Facilitate MWS and CVA site attendance as required.
- Raise or review change requests, including risk assessment.
- Report progress of construction activities relative to program.
- Record times and prepare Feeder Vessel Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) during load-outs.
Requirements:
- GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, and Manual Handling.
- HUET, STCW 2010, OPITO or BOSIET and EBS (STAFF, HEED or EBS).
- Medical certificate, including Chester step.
- IOSH Managing Safely, or similar HSE training.
