Key Responsibilities

Execute slickline operations, including setting/removing plugs, deploying memory gauges, fishing, perforation, and other mechanical interventions.

Prepare and operate slickline units and pressure control equipment in offshore environments.

Conduct pre-job planning and post-job reporting, including rig-up/rig-down procedures.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of slickline tools and equipment.

Ensure all operations comply with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards and policies.

Liaise with the offshore supervisor and client representatives to ensure clear understanding of job scope and performance expectations.

Maintain accurate documentation, including job logs, inventory records, and maintenance reports.

Train and mentor junior crew members and support competency development.
-
Participate in toolbox talks, safety drills, and risk assessments.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
