Our global client is currently seeking reliable Junior Slickline Operators to join our their team in Saudi Arabia. As a Junior Slickline Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of slickline equipment, ensuring smooth and safe execution of slickline operations for clients in the oil and gas industry. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to develop their careers in the oil and gas sector while working with a dynamic team in one of the world’s most critical energy regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, operation, and maintenance of slickline equipment used in oil and gas production operations.
- Support senior operators in performing slickline interventions, including well logging, setting and retrieving tools, and performing mechanical repairs.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, checked, and ready for operation before deployment.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures, ensuring that all operations are performed safely and efficiently.
- Report on equipment performance and wellsite activities, including any issues that arise during operations.
- Help in troubleshooting and resolving minor operational problems with slickline equipment.
- Assist in transporting and mobilizing slickline equipment to and from well sites.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities performed during well operations, including downtime and equipment issues.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the equipment and wellsite at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills and maintain certifications as required by the company.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma
- Computer Skills (Excel, Word)
- Language: Arabic, English
- Preferable with previous Slickline experience
- Preferable with previous experience in Oil & Gas operations
