Upstream Slickline Senior Coordinator
Are you an experienced Slickline Coordinator with a proven track record in the African oil and gas sector?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client's team for an exciting opportunity in Uganda.

Responsibilities of the Slickline Senior Coordinator:
- Slickline Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate slickline operations to ensure efficient and safe execution of services.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the end client, ensuring clear communication and effective management of client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of slickline personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to slickline operations. Ensure cost control and efficient use of resources.
- Operational Excellence: Implement and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Slickline Senior Coordinator, with a strong background in slickline operations within the African region.
- Extensive operational experience in slickline services, including hands-on experience and a deep understanding of industry standards and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in finance and forecasting, with a solid understanding of budget and cost management in an operational context.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on an equal rotation basis, with flexibility for contractor or staff positions.
- Experience managing up to end clients, particularly in high-stakes environments, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Additional Information:
- Available to start mid-October 2024 to facilitate a comprehensive handover with the current B2B team.
- Open to hiring a contractor or staff basis, depending on the candidate's preference and availability.
