Upstream Position: Slickline (SLK) Operator

Mission
The Slickline Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Slickline services to clients. The role involves operating and maintaining equipment, supporting offshore operations, and ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure job deliverables are completed accurately and within required timelines
- Participate in pre-job meetings and toolbox talks with crew members
- Maintain equipment in safe working condition and report any issues or deviations
- Promote personal and crew safety at all times
- Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down activities
- Operate Slickline equipment in line with competency level and job requirements
- Comply with PPE requirements and HSE policies
- Maintain all required safety training and certifications
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Slickline operations
- Strong hands-on operational experience
- Safety-focused, reliable, and able to work effectively offshore
- Experience operating and maintaining Slickline equipment
Required Certifications
- Valid IWCF certification
- Banksman & Slinger Level 2
- Valid H2S certification
- Valid offshore medical (mandatory requirement)
