Upstream We are currently seeking experienced Slickline Supervisors to support ongoing offshore operations across the UK North Sea. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional team delivering safe, high-quality well intervention services to major oil and gas operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise offshore slickline operations in accordance with client procedures and company standards.
- Lead slickline crews, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Plan and execute well intervention programmes, including pressure control operations.
- Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Ensure all equipment is inspected, maintained, and certified prior to mobilisation.
- Liaise directly with client representatives and offshore installation personnel.
- Produce accurate operational reports and job documentation.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE requirements.
Required Certification
- BOSIET or FOET (including CA-EBS)
- Offshore Survival and Medical Certificate
- MIST (Minimum Industry Safety Training)
- OGUK Medical
- MUST reside in UK or Europe
- Valid Offshore Emergency Training Certification
- H2S Awareness (preferred)
