Subsea Technician
One of our major oil and gas clients in Australia is seeking experienced Subsea Technicians. Consultant will help run Intervention Riser System.
Responsibilities of the Subsea Technician:
- Assisting as part of an 8-person crew offshore / onshore scope for a few initially.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on subsea equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with subsea equipment.
- Record data and observations from subsea operations, maintaining accurate documentation and report findings.
- Participate in emergency response drills and procedures, including contingency plans.
- Adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the offshore oil and gas industry.
- Must have offshore certifications and a current offshore medical.
- Knowledge of valves, valve controls (i.e. control panels, umbilical's and reelers).
- Able to follow a range of instructions to complete a task.

- Job duration will be 3-4 months, and will be starting late April / early May.
