Responsibilities of the Surface Well Testing Supervisor:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the Supervised Well Testing (SWT) activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with project requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and producers, ensuring a safe working environmental for all team members.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of all well testing operations, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Lead and motivate the well testing team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on well testing activities, progress, and any issues encountered.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all well testing equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Surface Well Testing Supervisor in oil and gas projects.
- In-depth knowledge of all well testing operations, equipment, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions.
- Relevant certifications in well testing operations.

- Work duration will be 3 months and individuals are required ASAP.
- Location of work is Abu Dhabi, UAE.
