Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all surface well testing operations on-site.

Ensure all testing equipment is rigged up, operated, and rigged down safely and efficiently.

Monitor well parameters and production data during flow testing operations.

Ensure that all testing procedures are performed in accordance with company standards and client specifications.

Lead and manage the well testing crew, ensuring proper task delegation and performance monitoring.

Maintain clear communication with the client, rig crew, and field operations teams.
-
Conduct safety meetings and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
-
Troubleshoot issues with testing equipment and make necessary adjustments.
-
Compile and submit accurate field reports and test data.
-
Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are in working condition before mobilization.
