Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

Supervise and coordinate well testing operations at the well site, ensuring compliance with all technical and safety requirements.

Plan and execute well testing programs, including clean-up, flowback, and production testing.

Ensure that all test data is accurate, validated, and reported in a timely manner.

Team Management:
-
Lead and mentor a team of operators and technicians to achieve operational excellence.
-
Conduct pre-job meetings, safety briefings, and post-job evaluations.
-

HSE Compliance:
-
Enforce company and client HSE policies, ensuring zero incidents during operations.
-
Participate in hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety audits.
-

Equipment & Maintenance:
-
Oversee the mobilization, rig-up, operation, and demobilization of well testing equipment.
-
Ensure all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and certified according to standards.
-
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
-

Client & Reporting Interface:
-
Serve as the primary site contact with the client’s representative.
-
Prepare detailed daily and final well test reports.
-
Provide operational feedback and recommendations for performance improvement.
