Upstream We are seeking experienced Surface Well Test Supervisors to support an upcoming project in Qatar.
The Surface Well Test Supervisor will provide on-site leadership and technical direction to the well test crew and will coordinate closely with the client representative, drilling/workover personnel, production operations, service companies and other project stakeholders.
- Supervise and coordinate all surface well testing activities at the wellsite.
- Ensure well test operations are conducted safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved programmes and procedures.
- Lead and supervise the Surface Well Test crew during rig-up, testing, well flow, shut-in, pressure build-up, sampling, well clean-up and rig-down activities.
- Verify that all well test equipment is correctly installed, pressure tested, function tested and ready for service prior to commencing operations.
