We are seeking experienced TCP Specialists to support onshore operations in the Netherlands. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical background in Tubing Conveyed Perforating (TCP) operations, with proven hands-on experience in gun loading, running operations, and water/heat well environments. Candidates must be able to demonstrate formal TCP training completed throughout their careers.
Applicants must reside in Europe or have EU residency due to Visa restrictions
Key Responsibilities:

Perform and support TCP gun loading operations in accordance with company and industry safety standards

Execute running and deployment of TCP systems during onshore well operations

Participate in water wells and heat (geothermal) well operations, ensuring operational efficiency and safety

Ensure strict compliance with HSE procedures, local regulations, and client requirements

Prepare, inspect, and maintain TCP equipment and tools

Complete accurate job documentation, reports, and operational records

Support pre-job planning, risk assessments, and toolbox talks

Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and client representatives during operations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a TCP Specialist in onshore operations
- Solid background in gun loading and running TCP operations (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience in water well and heat / geothermal well environments
- Strong understanding of TCP systems, explosives handling, and well intervention practices
- Ability to work safely under pressure and in compliance with strict HSE standards
